With the advent of less adversarial procurement methods, I-W has been at the forefront of developing and promoting the principles of partnering with its membership of the Reading Construction Forum.

This proactive approach to this method of construction relies heavily on trust and technical ability as well as drive focus and means to deliver. I-W has actively been pursuing early involvement in the construction cycle with particular emphasis on client objectives and design development.


I-W is very much aware of the importance of frequent consultations and extensive co-ordination with its fellow trade contractors. This, in conjunction with design and cost consultants promotes greater synergy and maximises benefits to the client.

The partnering process has enabled I-W to deliver a number of projects in a considerably shorter time than originally programmed together with substantial cost saving.
